Orders will ship within 5 working days. You will receive confirmation and tracking via email when your order has shipped.

Custom Orders

Custom orders take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the queue. Please submit all custom orders here. I will send you tracking information when your order ships. All custom orders are final sale.

International Orders / Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not have international orders set up on the store at this time. If you’re interested in making a purchase, please contact me at dorrvalley@gmail.com with the link to the item. You will be responsible for all shipping, duties & fees.

US Shipping

We are not responsible once an order has shipped. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Returns / Exchanges
